The 2023 SheSails Leadership Conference was an event to remember with participants dialling in from sailing clubs around the Nation, New Zealand and even across the globe, with participants also joining from Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. 

The event, which coincides with World Sailing’s ‘Steering the Course’ Southern Hemisphere Festival, starred an impressive line-up of speakers who shared their insights on how they have steered their course and broken-down barriers. 

Australian Sailing would like to thank everyone who tuned in to the event and would like to extend a special thanks to Wendy Hall for facilitating the event and to all of the following speakers that participated and shared their inspirational stories:

We were very fortunate to have so many inspirational women in one place, discussing their careers in the sport we all love the most.
