How SheSails

There is a million reasons why women and girls are involved with sailing!

“How SheSails” is an Australian Sailing initiative to celebrate women in our sport and share their stories.

These stories are real. They have been provided by women and girls from across the country who all love the sport and recreation of sailing. Some are officials, instructors, competitors, parents, or social sailors. They have chosen to share their stories in the hope that it may inspire and motivate more women and girls to choose to discover sailing. They are confident that if more women and girls get involved with sailing, they will fall in love with it like they have.

Sailing is sport and recreation activity for everyone. There are many opportunities to get involved. Feel free to use the “tags” to find stories that are of more interest to you.
